Leading law firm · Model and reported results

3.41× productivity. 2× revenue.

A leading law firm using Snapp.Fast reports doubled revenue without hiring, with Revolead.ai helping it acquire clients. The connected legal-work workflow helps it handle the work. Its combined model estimates 3.41× productivity for the administrative and document tasks covered. Ask the managing partner about daily use on a reference call.

The productivity multiple is manual time divided by assisted human time for the same reviewed output. It is a planning estimate, assuming distinct task packages. Hearings, court attendance, client meetings and other work outside this calculation are excluded. The task comparisons use model assumptions; review, corrections and exceptions are included. Revenue growth is owner-reported, not a guaranteed result for your firm.

Message or voice

Ask for the work. Keep your existing tools.

Send an instruction in Telegram as you would to an assistant: “Prepare a reply”, “Find the attachment” or “Where are we on this matter?” The workflow retrieves the relevant information and prepares the work for review. You spend less time searching through emails and folders.

  • Say what you needType a message or send a voice note. Use your own words to ask for the agreed task.
  • Keep the matter in contextThe workflow finds the relevant thread and documents. If the matter is unclear, it asks you to confirm.
  • Review before anything leavesYour existing systems keep the correspondence and documents. Your lawyer checks the prepared work and approves external communications. Filing stays with the lawyer.

Workflows for UAE solicitors and law firms

Less document chasing. More time for the matter.

Choose one repeated task. We build it around the sources and checklist your firm uses for the matter. Mainland, DIFC and ADGM work each follows its own agreed process.

Trigger: A client sends documents for a new or existing matter.

Check what arrived and ask for what is missing

Work prepared
Match the email and attachments to the matter. Compare the documents with your agreed checklist. List missing items and draft one clear request to the client.
Useful output
  • A document list, missing items and a draft request in the client’s email thread.

Document request ready for review

Lawyer control

A lawyer confirms the matter, checks which documents are needed and approves the request. The workflow does not replace a missing document with a similar file.

Request a quote

Trigger: A client asks for an update, or a lawyer requests the current position.

Prepare one update from scattered correspondence

Work prepared
Read the authorised emails and matter documents. Summarise recorded developments, list outstanding items and draft a factual client update with source links.
Useful output
  • A status note and a draft client email, with open questions shown.

Client update ready for review

Lawyer control

A lawyer checks the facts, adds any advice and approves the wording and recipient. The workflow stops if the matter is unclear.

Request a quote

Trigger: A lawyer requests preparation for a hearing.

Prepare the index and show the gaps

Work prepared
Find the documents on the firm’s hearing checklist. Prepare a draft index and list missing documents or unclear versions. Draft requests for the missing items.
Useful output
  • A draft document index, a missing-item list and draft requests.

Hearing pack ready for review

Lawyer control

A lawyer decides which documents belong in the pack and checks the requirements for the relevant court. The workflow does not apply one court’s checklist to every matter.

Request a quote

Trigger: A lawyer asks for the documents for an agreed filing.

Assemble the filing pack for a final check

Work prepared
Collect the specified documents and versions. Check the pack against the firm’s agreed list. Flag missing approvals, documents and open points.
Useful output
  • A document pack with its checklist and unresolved items.

Filing pack ready for review

Lawyer control

A lawyer confirms the contents and court requirements. Any translation or certification requirement follows the firm’s instructions. Filing stays with the lawyer.

How it works

One defined task. Useful work to approve.

We build and test the agreed path from the starting instruction or document to the result your lawyer reviews.

01

Start the work

A lawyer sends a message or voice note, or an agreed source provides new correspondence.

02

Identify the matter

Find the correct client and matter. If the match is unclear, stop and ask.

03

Retrieve authorised sources

Use the information and systems agreed with your firm.

04

Prepare the work

Create the draft, status note, index or document pack defined in the workflow.

05

Show the checks and gaps

Check the source references, documents and recipients where relevant. List missing information and open questions.

06

Lawyer review

The lawyer checks the result and makes corrections.

07

Approved action

The lawyer sends the communication or approves the send. Filing stays with the lawyer.

08

Keep the record

Record what was requested, prepared, approved and sent.

Your court, sources and tools

Prepare the work in the tools you use.

Telegram gives you one place to instruct the agreed workflow. Email and document systems keep the records. We agree where each draft and document will appear for review.

Start with the court correspondence, client emails and documents your firm already holds. Draft replies stay in Outlook or Gmail. We agree where each index, status note and document pack will appear.

A mainland court matter, a DIFC matter and an ADGM matter do not share one procedure. We agree the relevant court, document requirements and review steps for your workflow.

If the work needs a direct court-system connection, we confirm permitted access and technical feasibility before including it in the fixed quote. We also agree the languages and file formats the workflow will handle.

Court information: DIFC Courts and ADGM Courts.

Controls

The lawyer stays in charge.

These controls are part of each workflow. We test them before handover.

01

Legal judgement stays with the lawyer

The workflow prepares factual summaries, drafts and documents. Lawyers decide the advice, legal position and next action.

02

External communications need approval

Nothing leaves the firm until a lawyer approves it. We test that an unapproved send is blocked. Filing stays with the lawyer.

03

Unclear matter? Stop and ask.

If the client or matter is not clear, the workflow asks. It does not guess.

04

Missing documents and conflicting dates stay visible

The workflow lists what it did not find and flags conflicting dates for review. It does not substitute a similar document or choose a legal interpretation.

05

Agree how data is handled

Before connecting your sources, we agree the data, users, providers, regions and retention period.

We work as your data processor, under terms that fit UK GDPR, the UAE data protection law and the DIFC or ADGM rules, as they apply to your firm.

Case study

More revenue. Less preparation. Lawyers still decide.

The managing partner of a leading law firm using Snapp.Fast asks for work through Telegram. Email, documents and the firm’s official system for legal communications provide the matter context. She receives prepared replies, revisions and updates to review.

3.41× productivity and 2× reported revenue, without hiring. Revolead.ai supported client acquisition; the legal-work workflow helped the firm handle the work. The case study explains the calculation, daily use and lawyer controls.

Questions from UAE solicitors and law firms

01How do you protect confidential client information?

Your firm stays in control of client information. Before using live matter data, we agree confidentiality and data-processing terms, approved providers, storage and access locations, and retention and deletion rules. We confirm which data protection rules apply to your firm and the work, including UAE federal law or the separate DIFC or ADGM regimes where applicable. We confirm provider training settings and any safeguards needed for cross-border transfers or overseas access. Your lawyers retain final review.

02What do the 3.41× and 2× figures mean?

The 3.41× figure is a combined planning model for the same reviewed administrative and document work, including messages from the reference firm’s official system for legal communications. It excludes hearings, client meetings and other work outside this calculation. The 2× figure is owner-reported revenue growth, with Revolead.ai supporting client acquisition. The firm reports that no hiring was needed. Neither figure is a forecast for your firm.

03Does Telegram replace our email or matter records?

No. Telegram is where you ask for the agreed work by message or voice. The workflow retrieves authorised information and prepares the result in the agreed tools. Your existing systems keep the correspondence and documents. Your firm approves the data, access and use of Telegram before connection.

04Can this support mainland, DIFC or ADGM matters?

We can scope an administrative task around the relevant matter, authorised sources and your firm’s process. We agree the court-specific checklist before work starts. One court’s requirements are not treated as the rules for every UAE matter.

05Does this require a direct court-system connection?

Not always. Work can start with court correspondence and documents already in your mailbox or matter folders. If direct access is needed, we confirm the permitted use and proposed connection before including it in the quote.

06Can the workflow handle Arabic and English documents?

Tell us which languages and document types your firm uses. We agree the supported inputs and outputs, then test representative examples before handover. Any required legal translation or certification stays with your firm’s approved process.

07Can you use full account access?

Yes, where your firm authorises it and the service permits the agreed use. The workflow does not depend on a read-only or draft-only court account. Lawyers still control legal judgement, external communications and filing.

08Who checks dates and approves communications?

The workflow extracts dates expressly stated in the documents and links them to their sources. Lawyers resolve conflicting dates, interpret requirements and calculate procedural deadlines. A lawyer approves external communications. Filing stays with the lawyer.

09What do we agree before work starts?

One defined workflow, the access it needs, representative examples, acceptance cases and one all-inclusive fixed quote. Up to two change requests within the agreed need are included.

010What does the Working Workflow Guarantee cover?

The agreed workflow will pass the acceptance cases defined before work starts. If it does not, Snapp.Fast corrects the agreed workflow at no additional fee. Reproducible defects in the accepted scope remain covered for 14 days after handover.

011Do we need IT staff to run the workflow?

No. You keep what we build. Or we run it for you. We host and monitor the workflow, apply updates and make small changes. Your lawyers use it in the tools they already know. We agree the run plan and its price before it starts. You can stop the plan at any time.
